Hi, my name is James Schramko and I started this site to help job seekers improve skills. When I was an employee I found it easier to get jobs than others, and after a while I didn't need to apply for jobs anymore because people started asking me to work for them.

So what did I do differently?

This site is designed to share with you some ideas about the best way to approach applying for a job. After working my way up to the level of General Manager I had interviewed, hired and trained hundreds of people over a period of many years. I am sure you can benefit from my experience.
